Product Profile

Hanger/ Shackle washer is used to clean conveyor chain and shackle after de-feathering. This device is composed by water spray nozzle, motor, high strength nylon brush and is made of 304 stainless steels. It can be equipped with 500-13,500 birds slaughter processing line.


Working Principle:

The guide rod keeps shackle in the right position, so that nylon brushes can be close to the shackle and reach the best washing effect. When high pressure nozzle automatically sprays water to the shackle, two nylon brushes rotate in the opposite direction to clean away dirt.
