Chicken slaughter machine: Gizzard washer

This equipment is mainly used to remove oil on the gizzard surface. It cleans away giblet fat by friction between rube sticks and chicken gizzard and it can also be used for cleaning gizzards fecal.

We develop two kinds of giblet washers for customers to choose.


1. Cylindrical type gizzard washer

The rotating disks make giblets rotate with high speed in the cylinder. In this way, there will be created friction between gizzards and rube sticks in the cylinder or on the rotating disks where giblet fat will be easily removed. This giblet washer needs adding water while working. After finishing, operators need to open gates to remove gizzards from the washer.



2. Gizzard fat remover
