Poultry processing machine Frozen cart and plate
Frozen trolley is used for chicken meat storage and carriage to the cold room. There are 7 layers (224-280kg / Per trolley ) and 16 layers (400-500kg/ Per trolley). Both of freezing plate and carts are made of stainless steel.
We can design it according to client's special requirements and the actual cold room dimensions.
The size of trolley can not be too high. Too high is not easy to push and will increase labor intensity. Lower trolley is easier to rollover and it will reduce work efficiency. 

Instruction for use:Put the processed chicken meat on the frozen plate, then load the plate on the cart and push the trolley to the cold room for freezing.
