Scalding is an important part of poultry processing. During this process birds are immersed in hot water to loosen their feathers after that feather removing process can be done effectively and the best quality product provided afterwards. 

Our scalding machine is heated directly by steam. It is equipped with automatic water temperature controlling and water replenishment system; turbine mixing system and vortex pump. Machine is made of stainless steel.
